ASE
ASE Connects is a national initiative built to help shops and dealerships take a more proactive approach to hiring by connecting directly with local schools and future technicians—all in one place. With ASE Connects, you can see real-time requests from instructors, message schools in your area, and connect with students looking for job shadows, internships, and employment opportunities. It simplifies relationship-building so you can get involved early and stand out to the next generation entering the workforce. You’ll also gain access to the Industry Data Exchange, giving you real insights into technician pay, benefits, and labor rates to help you stay competitive. Your membership doesn’t just benefit your shop—it also helps keep the platform free for schools, strengthening the entire technician pipeline. If you want a smarter, more effective way to recruit and support future technicians, ASE Connects makes it easy. PAC members save $200 on annual memberships!
